Volume fee (per MWh traded)
Covers actual trade execution, multi-market routing and post-trade reconciliation. Charged only when a trade executes. Appears on your monthly invoice alongside the subscription.
On 10,500 MWh traded at an illustrative €2.00/MWh GO price, gross revenue = €21,000. Platform cost = €674 = 3.2% of revenue. No broker would charge less than 10–15%.
Pricing questions
What does "monitored MWh" mean?
The volume of GO certificates your account holds that our AI actively tracks and manages. If you hold 800 MWh in your Certigy wallet, that counts as 800 MWh monitored — regardless of whether a trade has executed.
When do I pay the volume fee?
The volume fee is charged only when a trade is executed, based on the volume traded in that transaction. It appears on your monthly invoice alongside the subscription fee, so you have one clean invoice per month.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Account creation, Certigy wallet connection and onboarding are all free. You pay from your first billing cycle after the free setup period.
Can I change plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No penalty for changing.
What happens if I exceed my monitored MWh?
You're charged the per-MWh overage rate for the excess volume. You'll receive an in-app and email alert before you approach your limit so you can upgrade your plan or adjust your wallet holdings.
